Salon Policy – No Refunds / Deposits
🔹 No Refunds After Leaving the Salon
All services are final once you leave the salon. If you have any concerns, they must be addressed before leaving your appointment so I can make necessary adjustments.
🔹 No Refunds on Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable. They secure your appointment and cover time reserved exclusively for you.
🔹 One-Time Transfer Only
Deposits can be transferred one time if you reschedule with at least [your required notice time, e.g., 24–48 hours] notice. After that, a new deposit will be required.

Envision Shanell Return and Refund Policy
Goods subject to return are credited by store credit only and must be sent back within 7 business days from the day it was delivered. To qualify for a return items must be in it's original packaging as it was received and should remain entirely intact and free from distortion. When requesting a return, buyer is liable for the shipping fee to return the product.
Envision Shanell will only begin the processing of the refund upon arrival of the returned package. All returned goods are subject to the approval of refund request depending on the following factors: a) package must be complete, b) package must be in good condition as to not affect the reselling of the items, c) package must be in it's original packaging.

After your order has been placed & confirmed there will be no cancellations for any reason.
