Shipping policy

Envision Shanell offers the opportunity to pre-order items that go out of stock quickly. Estimated time frames are located in the description of the product. Please note due to unforeseen delays packages may become delayed. This is why we give longer shipping estimates. For ALL pre-ordered items, shipping may take up to 30 days for us to receive and ship out.

For ON-HAND Items there is a 1-7 business day (M-F) processing and 1-5 day delivery time solely depending on the shipping method you choose at checkout. We take pride in fast shipping so it is more likely for your order to be shipped out the same day it is placed if available.

Envision Shanell is not responsible for lost or damaged packages caused by the shipping courier. If you have an issue regarding your order please file a claim or contact the specific shipping courier.
